Done For the Day!

You did say that we could interpret the theme of "Take Off" any way we wanted to and with a morning full of CT scan and a bone scan, both routine for someone in my situation, but it does affect my energy level for the rest of the day, I was not going for a walk So, when I finally did  get home and had some lunch, all I wanted to do was to take off my shoes and relax, which generally turns into a nap.
