Getting ready

I've been rather poorly all week and haven't been cooking properly for my diet. I am starting to feel alittle better, and will be working tomorrow, so decided to be good and semi prepare tomorrow nights dinner. I chopped up swede, turnips, carrots and onions and placed them into the slow cooker. I thought they looked really colourful so thought I'd take a photo. Tomorrow morning I'll add some cubed beef, stock, herbs, and seasoning and put it on a slow heat whilst I work. Hopefully it'll be a nice dinner for when I get home.
