M arrived at 7.30am to take R to Airedale General Hospital for a Covid Swab test - ahead of forthcoming procedure for a cataract removal - R now in isolation until it’s done - upon checking the guidelines - discovered I’m allowed out on solo walks - spotted these folk taking the weight off - colloquial term for wanting a rest - whilst walking in St Ives
