Poppy received this lovely card today from her English teacher, thanking her for the bottle of fizz and wishing her success in the future. I presume she made it herself because there is a message relayed through the book titles and little personalised extras like the name of their English class. Poppy was really pleased with it and it was even better because it came through the post.
D left early for a conference in Hampshire and I have kept myself busy doing housework and schoolwork.

The roses are out of my mum’s garden and smell gorgeous.
