A Little of What You Like
So its officially been a week of being good and healthy eating/gym!
And today was my first weigh in after starting my lifestyle changes...I hate the word diet.
I was terrified standing on those scales butt naked this morning but I did it and to my extreme excitement I have lost 8lbs this week! So so happy!
My mum says its important to have a treat day so we went for lunch and I had a grilled chicken quesadilla with salad and tomato rice. Only ate half the rice! Portion was way too big! We then walked and got me the trainers I've been eyeing up for months. Logan treated me :)
After that went to an amazing place in dundee called Tea Ann Cake! Lovely homemade cakes. I chose a St Clements cake with chocolate topping and an a skinny lattee and Logs had a coconut and lime sponge cake.
He then went off for a one to one meeting with his manager and I went to the gym and used the pool. It was nice, not been swimming in ages.
Off to Aberdeen tomorrow to meet my mum and spend the day with her. Can't wait although the diet may have to, she's taking me to a world cuisine buffet place. I admit I'm not sure! Seems abit weird to have a buffet of so many styles of food.
But I'm assured its good!
