Coolum Beach

We were off early to view the latest property so Martin could see for himself.

He too loved it and we had a long chat with the agent about actually putting in an offer. We are super excited and hope for the best.

We then headed to Coolum Surf Air to have lunch and then look at some more properties that we saw over the week, that Martin didn’t.

While we were out and about, the agent called and said the owners had accepted our offer!!!! Hooray, we have a home. I can’t believe it. So so thrilled.

Bruce and Jenny came over for dinner. Lots to celebrate and champagne was definitely had! Been a lovely evening of time with family and reminiscing about their past. Jenny has known Martin since he was about 12 or 13, so most of his life really.

Oh my goodness … we have a house!!!!
