Giant lilies

We have had a staycation day enjoying the sunshine and the garden. Delighted to see the first of our giant lilies , or cardiocrinum  giganteum, now in flower.
 
Saga of Frankie the fox.  A friend is  horrified to learn  we are feeding it  and  warns us that foxes are known to dig plants up.
