Some people!

Had a lazy morning due to such a late night last night.
We went to walk at Loughgall Country park & as we passed a parked car a dog was barking & no windows were open.
We tried to locate the owners to no avail, then tried a car door. Luckily it was open. Quite a number of other park visitors gathered & one got the dog out using a spare lead I had. We headed for our walk as there were plenty to look after it.
We learnt that the owners returned some time later, couldn't speak English! However I reckon the y ars bound to have got the message that it was unacceptable to leave the dog from those who looked after it. Hopefully they won't do that again.
