Fringed Willowherb

A walk round the Heritage Park loch …… beautifully warm and sunny and there were plenty of families enjoying the play park and the water sports.

The greenery round the loch has just exploded into life ….. plenty of buds but only a few flowers at the moment.

I did spot this tiny pink flower which I didn’t recognise ……. the app on my phone identified it as a Fringed willowherb also known as Purple-leaved willowherb.
