Yay, it's Thursday! Who doesn't like the eve of the weekend? G went into school and had a slightly longer time as one of her students had a part in the last assembly of the academic year. She was so pleased she was there as this kid got the Headmaster's "Most Improved Student in his year group" award. Result! Student, parents and specialist teacher were extremely happy!
I had set my video to premier at 10:30 am this morning only to find I missed it by 30 minutes as it went live at 10. Hmm. Oh well. I'll take more care next time. A new video published, I could get on with Module two of this new course. I did a quick check - over 100 minutes of, er, very boring content delivery by a Greek lady with poor sentence structure. I had to query the reimbursement I agreed on before I knew how much work is actually involved. A hundred minutes of the trainer talking, in this case, is over five hundred minutes of my time. It doesn't make sense. I was told I can take it or leave it. Others can take it on. (I doubt it). I'm not one to back down from a commitment, so I will complete this and reassess the arrangement.
So, quite a bit of Thursday was spent on my laptop, editing captions on ISO 37301:2021 which is a brand new standard for Corporate Governance. Wanna trade places? I'm so pleased we have something like T@3 to keep the balance.
My blip is of the view from the front window. I haven't been out today.
