Fettling

A slow sort of day. We were both feeling tired yesterday, the gov from curtain making and me from a day on my feet directing traffic.
Did a Covid risk assessment for restarting the cycling trips with the U3A, then after lunch a bit of fettling. The jockey wheel on the boat launching trolley was put on rather hastily last year before we took the boat down the club. It wasn’t very well done and wobbles rather alarmingly. I have made a couple of metal cross pieces from a length of stainless steel angle I happened to have in the workshop. I shall fit them on my next trip.
