Cinnamon Bread

Hot, humid and rainy today so we closed up the house and put the a/c on which meant I could bake. I have collected quite a few recipes lately so thought it was time to start trying them. This is a yeast bread so kneading and rising was involved which takes longer but so worth it. Delicious!
