Training day for the kids, which mostly involved sleep this morning.

Gave me chance to have a meeting, then this afternoon C spent most of the time drawing, J playing a computer game and I sat and watched tv and finished a small sewing project I found the other day.

Afternoon run which I was ready for, first 5 mile run in a long while, enjoyable too!
