Busy bee

Up and out quite early despite the mizzle.and headed down into town to start looking for presents for V's leaving and for A's birthday. Started out at the newly opened St James' Quarter...not all the stores are open yet but it was surprisingly busy for just after 9am - everyone exploring. I had quite a good wander, and got some good ideas. Headed from there to Stockbridge to look at the jewellers, and grabbed some brunch before heading back up and home via the art shop.  Rather pleased with myself for not leaving it til the last minute like I usually would! Lots of ideas now, so sat writing out a number of lists and trying to balance the budget from the collection.
Headed out to Ikea which developed into a trail around Dunelm and B&Q getting a new shelf for the hallway and a new cordless drill. Dropped a card and some wine at M's for her birthday and was thinking of going to the cinema but maybe I'll do that tomorrow.
Home and made some lamb pitta pockets with tzatziki and salad...it's been a busy day
