The boat is sinking

The Oystercatcher is actually looking after his mate who is sitting on a nest close by, so isn’t worried about the jetty!
There were so many young fledglings about, Skylarks, Snipe, Lapwings, Curlew, Stonechats and Pipits!
The flowers were beautiful too, orchids, thyme, trefoils and speed wells.
The Blue Hares had young too and they were racing about. The one in the extra came bounding along the track towards me, obviously oblivious to my presence. The wind was blowing from the other direction. He didn’t stop until he was two metres away , then considered matters before racing off!
