Plant Identification

Does anyone know what this bush is?  It is in the school quiet garden and my plant identifier app couldn’t identify it, which is the story of my life at the moment.  

Got the tools, the willingness to try and the people who have the answers are thwarting me every step of the way - ho hum.  Shouted and fumed at various people in various high places, which just got me very stressed and they hid behind ‘COVID’, ‘working from home’ etc before finally retreating behind the old favourite of me sending emails which will be ignored and unanswered - FFS (sorry)
