I never give up..

Some of you maybe aware of the ongoing saga I am having with Europcar over a disputed 90gbp excess car insurance fee I was charged last December. Europcar are saying 'tough' I signed the agreement and it is legally binding and they are not shifting from their stance. I have found out today that all car hire companies are affiliated to the BVLRA (British Vehicle Leasing and Renting Association) and if you have a complaint against a car hire company they will arbitrate on your behalf.

So today I have sent all the details of my complaint to them, if they decide in favour of Europcar only then will I give in and forget about my 90gbp.
