X-Ray Arches.
Today, I was helping out by covering a shift at a clinic site very close to home. The building was once part of the Watertown Arsenal, a vast complex of elegant brick warehouses. These have now been converted into a shopping mall, the old Commander’s residence artfully turned into the clinic building, and these enormous arched windows installed which allow sunlight to pour in. Radiology departments are renowned for being dark, windowless places designed to keep radiation in - and joy out. Not so here. This is the view that patients - and techs - get to enjoy as they come and go from the x-ray room.
