Smiley Ruby

Met Ruby, a miniature Pomeranian in Stirling this afternoon. Her owner , visiting the area from the outskirts of Glasgow, tells me dog thieving is now a big problem especially in Glasgow and Edinburgh. 
 
Dogs are stolen from the gardens. Sometimes gangs place chalk marks on the pavement or houses that are targeted . The soaring prices of dogs following the pandemic  have made them easy targets for the criminal fraternity.

So Ruby is never left alone outside.
