Unexpected little gift from the garden of a friend.  The scent is wonderful.

Ordered a new small table for the garden and a new mower on 'tinternet'

Spent the rest of the day with No2 son getting ready for the family 'Christmas BBQ' tomorrow.  I am sure we have more than enough food and also remembered the cream soda to have with a lump of ice cream, as the grandchildren expect, it even though they are now grown up and some are parents themselves.  It was a Nanny treat they enjoyed.  

Quite a large pile of presents wrapped in Christmas paper and lockdown missed birthdays as well.  We are giving the little tree with lights a miss as rain is forecast!
