BCSplash - Becoming acquainted with a calf.

It's the weekend and time for our latest #BCSplash showcase.

It's always a great pleasure looking through everyone's photos as they share moments from their day. This one just melted our hearts.
How could we resist?

An incredible moment in time, captured perfectly as two inquisitive animals meet each other for the first time. Blipper Otornblom from Finland was walking with her springer spaniel Peetu when they met the calf. 

"We went to see calves. One of them was particularly interested in Peetu. First Peetu was a bit afraid - this was the first time he saw cows. Soon he dared to walk closer and sniff!"

Otornblom has been a member of the Blipfoto community since late 2012 so we are sure she is familiar to many of you already. 
Her journal is lively and colourful with daily photos of family, landscapes, nature and, of course, the lovely spaniel Peetu! As with every blipper whose work we share on the Community Blog, we'd love you to go along and say hello or even follow them.

The images ideally should work in a banner format but we can crop them or add a border if necessary. If you're not sure but you love your image, tag it anyway.
