Above And Beyond...

Ross on Wye

Year 2 Day 94 of UK COVID-19 Pandemic.  First UK Vaccine 200 days ago. UK open. Minor restrictions. Overseas travel seriously restricted.

A day spent around the garden doing some jobs. A bit overcast but still warm. Late afternoon I drover the five minutes to Ross on Wye (Herefordshire) to get a fresh loaf of bread and stoped on the way in to take an aerial view of the town alongside the River Wye. It's facing North and the Church of St Mary the Virgin (1316AD) is visible for miles with it's tall spire (205ft)  (The photo' is two joined)
