No sunbathing today

Its cold,wet and windy. Work has stopped over the back.
Two days ago as I sat in the garden the scaffolders were at work.
Naturally they make a noise but why they have radios blasting away I'll never understand.Not even nice music but constant boom boom boom.
I must be getting old !!!! 
Another police incident at 10 ish last night in the next street.
A photo of a nasty crash appeared on the local Village page .
Comments have been turned off.People will continue to use these two streets as rat runs and dont read the speed signs.I
