Meeting Mrs S

We had a trip up to Guys hospital to see my wonderful physiotherapist in the cancer unit gym (yes, they have a gym!). A very productive session, I have exercises to do now and some I can progress to, when my fitness improves. Thank you NHS.

This was the thought for the day, chalked up by the staff at our local station: When life puts you in tough situations, don't say "why me", say "try me".
