More June Mist!

A misty day, clearing a bit late afternoon.  Along with the mist, rain, and rained all day.  It has been calm, with winds picking up this evening. 

A busy day working in the airport.  After tea, I headed down to help out in the Cornerstone for the evening.  Walkies with Sammy, and then feet up. 

A dreaded misty day at work, not what you want in the aviation industry.  A couple of delays this morning, but the flights made it in and out again, and then the mist got worse, meaning the lunchtime flights had to be cancelled.  Late afternoon flights managed to get in, and out again.  Angry and frustrated customers, some of which had cancelled flights yesterday too.  We managed to get through all the bookings, but with no availability on the boat, and lack of hotel beds, it was a major task to house them all tonight.  Just pray tomorrow is a better day, and those upset passengers can get off the island, a couple of extra days wasn't their plans.  Looking over a misty Sumburgh Farm and down to the Sumburgh Hotel.
