Ready or Not

The most exciting thing that happened today was the arrival of my vaccination record less than 48 hours after I requested it, very efficient indeed. I guess in due course they will be digitised.
Other highlights included another Yoga session with V, this time I managed to get my hands facing the correct direction in preparation for The Wheel, one day maybe, and a successful trip to IKEA, quiet too.
