No glasses and spider

Ten days ago I picked up my new set of three glasses. After a couple of days I realised that the "intermediate" pair were the same as "distance".

So I trudged off to the opticians in a shopping area a couple of miles away to hand them in for replacing.

I then went around various shops with a long list and did not get anything.
