Yes, today is official 'Red Nose Day'. Every inhabitant of the UK has to wear a red nose. It is compulsory here and also due to become part of the UK Border Agency official nationality test for residency. Simultaneously, whilst wearing said Red Nose, you must raise a minimum of £1 for charity. Seems a sensible government policy because the country is broke apparently, and that is the only way we can now survive as part of the Western civilized world.
