Emergency Blip

A dull and very wet day here today - what a contrast from yesterday.  I could hardly see across the bay so the peonies stepped up again.  

I was supposed to meet a friend for a walk at Roanhead but the weather didn't do much to make that happen.  Instead we had coffee in Ulverston and it was good to see KG after so many months.  Good form.

Bathroom flooring samples arrived in the post today and we have selected one - need to get that ordered now.
