Favourite

This was my Dad’s favourite photo of me and he carried it in his wallet for a number of years!  

My lovely Dad is in hospital at present.  He was found on the bedroom floor on Sunday morning ten days ago by a neighbour.  He then had a total of four seizures in the next few hours.  It was touch and go, but he came through.  Since then it’s been up and down and his carer and I have been taking it in turns to visit him.  At the moment he is poorly with a stomach problem as well, which has put his recovery back.  Their plan is to rehabilitate him to his previous very capable level, if possible, once he is better.  He is on medication for epilepsy now.
