The Winskill Way

I'm not sure I've done this road downhill and to be honest, I'd forgotten how much uphill there was!  What with that and a headwind, I had to grit my teeth a few times but I've actually arrived home feeling pretty good.  My new cycling glasses are great for keeping the wind out of my eyes and they're not the swollen red lumps that I usually arrive home with. 

Despite the slight autumnal feel, it was just lovely to head up Wharfedale in the cool air and eventually be on a road I haven't explored for some time.  

I have a little buzz about the day.
