An overnight shower....

then a fine and sunny day. Plenty of walking and cut the grass too, which was a shame as there are wild flowers in amongst it. Here on the river bank there are Melancholy Thistles, Lupins, Globe Flowers, Cow Parsley, Bugle and so much more, a very rich habitat. On the water were Dippers, Sandpipers and Mergansers. Above the water were Martins and Swallows.
