Red Nose Day Crunchy Topped Lemon Cake, all his own work! ©Son One. He's so chuffed with it, and rightly so. I tasted some of the crumbs and it's delicious, light fluffy and moist with an excellent citrus tang. He's a winner to me :-D

He already has a prize btw. The bit he cut out of the middle is now the world's tiniest lemon drizzle cake and is firmly packed away in his lunchbox!
