Red Dahlias and red Roses.
Feast days of St. Joseph Cafasso and St. Ethelreda.
The morning was nice and blue skied at 7am, but it is very changeable with sunny spells and a cycle of cloudy and close weather.
I watered my little garden as things growing in flowerpots tend to dry out quicker. Arthur is indoors and enjoying the sunny interludes from the cosy cat cushion.
My blip walk aimed at finding some red roses. So thrilled England won their match last evening. Mustn't get too excited yet!
There is only one garden I know of with beautiful dahlias, so it was worth the extra walk. My parents grew excellent roses and dahlias when I was growing up.
I hope you all have a lovely Wednesday.
June is such a beautiful month in the gardens and it is going too fast.
