Pageant gown

The downtown floral shop had a display window with about 5 Miss West Virginia gown from Miss America pageants. I don’t know what year this one was from but I chose it because it had the banner and the seal identifying what it was. There was a very pretty one that looked like it could have been from the roaring 20’s.
