Last Light

Four days off has been great, I was back in A&E today and thankfully it was a much steadier day than any others recently.

Back to running this evening and we're now at week 6 of our 5k-10k programme, really not optimistic about the GNR going ahead but at least I'm on track with my build up, although I'm frustrated my ankle is still causing some problems.
