Result of effective pruning??

This rambling rose has been climbing the back fence for many a year without producing flowers that were other than ordinary. After some enthusiastic pruning  plus the addition of  some fertiliser and well rotted horse manure in the Spring  I was delighted to see this bloom fully open in the last couple of days. Hopefully a sign of more to come.
