Leaf-cutter?

What a lovely day - lots off washing dried outside. Lots of insects around. I thought this was a fly, but then realised it must be a bee. I wondered whether it was a Leaf-cutter bee. Apparently they cut pieces from Rose leaves - we don't have any Roses!
