Boat trip

We'd booked a round the islands trip before we knew we would be allowed onto Inner Farne so today we took that - 3 hours in a choppy sea looking at the seabirds roosting/resting/playing on the cliffs etc.  The numbers were limited per boat, but it was still very crowded when most of us had lenses etc and were trying to take 'the' shot of the various birds.  A lot of my pictures had parts of other peoples bodies in them! However, it was a good morning, in bright sunshine (not good) and we did see huge numbers of birds, including a few of these beauties chilling on the sea.
Huge thanks for all the comments, hearts and stars on previous blips - sorry we don't have time to respond properly, but it is a 'full on' six days we have planned.
