Tiny Bright Green Insect

This little thing landed on my leg. I scooted it around to try to get a blip of it. It is not unconscious, just a wee bit stunned for the photo,
The Extra is a bit better close up with my fingers for a size comparison.
Not sure what it is. But it has gone off into the garden again to eat or be eaten.
Is this Tiny Tuesday?
