Out after dark

In an update to yesterday...yes I'm rehoming the beautiful Jeanie. I slept on it and woke with a grin on my face. Decision made. I texted her owners and we'll discuss details tonight or tomorrow. She should be here in a few days.

Today was entirely spent being a passenger to, and driving back from Christchurch. We went to drop somebody off at the airport and then pick up a friend's car to bring back to Ngapara. So it's been a long day.

This quick photo was taken out of the (stationary) car window as I drove across the Waitaki Valley at dusk.

Time to rustle up some food and collapse in a heap...
