Midsummer

Well here we are, 21st June, summer solstice and the year half over without anything much to distinguish one day from the next, as if in some endless 'Groundhog Day' trap.  Maybe none of it is real? 

The day started with a fasting blood test at the medical centre - back for the results tomorrow. The rest of the day unfolded exactly like all the others of late, which is to say, not much other than a couple of hours online tutoring and the added bonus of my weekly long video call with mbfiatw Jean tonight.
