Trainers

Hard to believe, but these trainers are over ten years old. I only use them in the gym though, hence the almost pristine look. Having not run between Feb 8th and March 9th, it feels particularly good to be running again, even if it is on the dreaded treadmill.

ASICS = Anima Sana In Corpore Sano. Tonight, soul and body both feeling pretty good :o)
