Sounding off in Stereo
Bone conducting aids are usually attached via titanium pins in the skull, but for now L is still happy to wear hers on a band. One was out of action but is now repaired, so she’s back in stereo sound.
D on the island is also back recording stereo sound having finished his contact isolation.
It was a morning of beaurocratic nonsense. After arguing in shouty caps-lock with a computer bot at the DVLA, I moved onto the destroyer-of-souls, the online renewal of L’s blue badge. Despite full PIP and mobility, again they wanted details and evidence of every need and professional, plus every appointment over the last ten years.
I ditched it all and walked down to the river where I was rewarded with some shouty rook-compatriots, a knock-knocking woodpecker, and the long blue flash of a kingfisher flying upstream.
Logging an extra - not sure what it is, thrush / young starling? Doesn't really look like either
