Monday

No hospital visit today. I don't know what I did in morning. This fternoon L and I walked to Starbank Park for some fresh air. I found this really hard as I have no energy (not eating much) and my balance isn't good. Still finding it hard to form words clearly.

We sat and they started chopping down a tree. Noise has been a big issue for me. I woke to drilling at the front and a mower at the back. I can't stand it. Can't watch tv, too noisy. We moved seats further away.

Ive just forced soup down me. Also just thrown a glass agains the wall.
