Mate! You need to chill

Cycled to Bradford and back this morning. Called at Superdrug in the Broadway Centre for some facial sun cream... couldn't wait to get out, it made me feel very unsafe and uncomfortable.

When I got back to Bingley an old guy saw my Alzheimer's Society t-shirt, on the back it says "United Against Dementia" - he said to me, "I think United will win 3-0." Made me smile :-)
