Look up

This is the canopy over the Overtoun Park fountain in Rutherglen. The whole structure was erected for Queen Victoria's diamond jubilee in 1897 and is made of cast iron. It really is beautiful piece of Victorian metalwork.

And it turns out this is my 365th blip. As I don't manage to blip every day, I've actually been blipping now for almost a year and a half. And I have no intention of stopping! Blip is such a lovely place. I've enjoyed being part of it and so glad I decided to join when I did. Who knew that the last year and a bit would have been so momentous! Thanks everyone for making it such an enjoyable and positive place.
