First kangaroo sighting

Martin and I drove into Brisbane today to as he had another appointment with his new employers to define his role.

I amused myself in Brisbane as he was there a few hours.

The house that we all loved is going to auction (online) today at 6pm. Really hoping for a good outcome.

Picked Martin up around 1:30pm, had a quick lunch, and then drove back to the Gold Coast.

Stopped by the outlet mall to pick up some more smart casual clothes for Martin to wear to work.

Home to get ready and prepare for the online auction. Exciting and nerve wracking at the same time.

We were doing so well, and thought we almost had it, when one other bidder got in and kept outbidding us. It got to the stage where we said enough, and had to let this amazing property go. Needless to say, we were all pretty devastated! But we remain hopeful that God will lead us to the right place for us and we see His hand working in it all.
