Mum and Dad came over for lunch and while showing Mum round the garden, she spotted my first open poppy. Wasn’t there yesterday. Gorgeous colour.
Had top notch fajitas cooked by Joe.
I still ache from yesterday’s gym and this morning’s swim. But a good ache.
