Avocets and Spoonbills

We stopped at RSPB Leighton Moss on our way back to Scotland. We were in for a treat seeing avocets and 2 spoonbills.
Unfortunately my mum fell this morning, and my sister and her husband along with paramedics had come to her aid. Thankfully she has not broken any bones, and was well enough to stay at home.
I went round to see her in the evening , and we had a good chat and I did a few jobs for her. My son also phoned while I was there.
I popped over to the allotment, lots of growth in a week !
